1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests will be accepted only if made immediately after placing the order.

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.

  • Customized or special orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.


2. Non-Cancellable Products

  • Orders for perishable goods (such as food items, flowers, or similar products) cannot be cancelled.

  • However, if the delivered product is found to be of poor quality, a replacement or refund may be provided after review.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify our Customer Service team on the same day of delivery.

  • Claims will be entertained only after the merchant verifies the issue.

  • If you believe the product delivered does not match the description or your expectations, you must report it within the same day of delivery for review.


4. Refund Process

  • Once a cancellation or return request is approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 6–8 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.


5. Manufacturer Warranty

  • For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, customers must directly contact the manufacturer for support, repairs, or replacement.
